Lotus Effect Coloured Coating
ProPERLA Facade Coating uses the latest nanotechnology to repel water and dirt and keep your property dry, clean, and attractive. It mimics the superhydrophobic (highly water repellent) and self-cleaning capabilities of the Lotus leaf.
During wind-driven rain, walls would normally absorb a lot of moisture. When ProPERLA Facade Coating is applied, the rainwater is repelled and the walls remain dry – water absorption is reduced by up to 93.4% Instead of absorbing into the walls, the water forms into droplets which simply run off the surface.

Breathable
ProPERLA Facade Coating does not restrict the ability of the building to breathe. Water vapour permeability testing was conducted in accordance with BS EN ISO 7783:2011 and it demonstrated that the coating had little effect on the water vapour diffusion of the substrate.
Application of ProPERLA Exterior Facade Coating protects the walls and cavities by keeping them dry whilst allowing air and moisture to escape. It maintains the important capability of the building envelope to breathe. Unlike some stone and brick sealing products, it does not block the pores of the masonry by coating them with a thin film.
